They did not share the cargo tracking number until my products were delivered. All they gave me was the ship name. I could see it until the ship reached the relevant country, but then I could not track when I would receive the products. Despite my insistence, I could not get the correct number. For this reason, I am not satisfied. I have worked with different cargo companies before. They would share the tracking number with me without me asking and constantly give me information. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I was not satisfied. Moreover, they could not deliver my products to the specified ship and they were late. It is not a company I can recommend.
